  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    A limit of two pets per household is permitted. Pets must have current shots. BREED RESTRICTIONS APPLY. Breed Restrictions include, but are not limited to, pure breeds and/or mixes of the following breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier (a.k.a. Pit Bull Terrier), Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Huskies, Malamute, Mastiffs, Rhodesian Ridgeback, and Rottweiler. Pet photos along with vet records are required at move-in.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    Two per apartment home.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    One time non-refundable fee per pet, $350 for the first pet and $150 for an additional pet. The monthly pet rent per month is $35 for the first pet and additional $15 for second pet.
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Valid Drivers License
  5. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    The resident is responsible for all utilities in addition to monthly rent.
  6. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    Please contact leasing professional for qualifying guidelines.
  7. What is acceptable
    At least two current paycheck stubs must be submitted at the time of application. Offer letters will only be accepted for applicants whom are starting a new job. Bank Statements must be current and must show 12 months rent at the Market Rate. If you are self-employed you must provide a current tax return completed by an accountant. Additional income verification may be required. Contact leasing office for additional details.
  8. What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    All applications are taken into consideration when giving the final approval for the apartment home and will have a combined score for approval.
  9. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    The security deposit is refundable less any final charges deducted from the deposit upon move out.
  10. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    A resident may break the lease agreement at any point during the length of your lease with a written 60 day notice to vacate. There is a buyout fee that will apply for any person who terminates the lease contract early.
  11. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Our community offers flexible lease options from 1-12 months after the first year of your lease.
  12. What utilities are included in my lease?
    No utilities are included in the lease.
  13. How long is the term of the lease?
    We offer leases ranging from 3-12 months.
  14. Do you accept leases for short terms?
  15. Am I required to have renters' insurance?
    Yes, all residents are required to obtain and maintain insurance through the duration of the lease.
  16. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    All residents may report a service request through our online resident portal or report to the Management Office.
  17. When is my rent payment due?
    All rent payments are due on the 1st of the month.
  18. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    Any payment received after the 5th of the month is subject to a late fee.
  19. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    For your convenience, we have a dropbox located at our Management Office.
  20. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    We allow guests in the community, however we ask all guests staying longer than two weeks be registered with the management office.
  21. Do you have reserved parking?
    We offer parking on a first come, first serve basis adjacent to the community.
  22. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes, all occupants in the home are required to be registered with the Management Office.
  23. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    We do not allow satellite dishes to be installed in the community.
  24. Do you have cable services?
    For your convenience, you have options for your internet and wifi service.
  25. Does the property have a fitness center?
    We feature a fitness center in the community with cardio and weight training equipment.
  26. Does the property have a swimming pool?
  27. Does the property offer on-site recycling?
    Yes, single stream recycling is offered in the community.
  28. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    We have gas grills for the residents in the courtyard, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a dinner outside.
  29. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    For your convenience, we have storage spaces available for rent.
  30. Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    Residents are permitted to paint the apartment home with approved colors by Management. All walls must be returned to the original color at the time of move-out.
  31. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    Yes. All packages will be stored in the Package Lockers or Leasing Office and available for pickup when you get home.
  32. Where do I register to Vote?
    Montgomery County Voter Services, located at One Montgomery Plaza, 425 Swede Street #602, Norristown, PA 19401.
